Thanks for watching Regina! I appreciate you taking the time to leave such a nice comment. Hope you check out my other videos of Los Angeles. Have a relaxing day 🙌
Wonderful. If you've never been to SOCAL or CAL. Your impression of the area is relegated to movies, cop shows , news feeds and sometimes car chases. And you cannot get a sense of the beauty of the area from these views! When I get inspired from a well done video. I have to comment. Clear beautiful day, steady, clear and in-focus. Well Done Indeed!
I always thought German road signs were the most informative, but this blows them out of the water. From traffic lights showing which road is crossing to one way street arrows you can see from the main road, so much better to navigate if you don't have a navigation system. And of course, LA, my second favorite city next to Rome. Thanks mate, enjoyed your videos a lot!
Hello friends, you drove within a couple hundred yards of my home. I drive Mulholland often. Today was another sparkling day just like in the video. Please return soon!
Just discovered your channel today and subscribed. Thank you for this video. Brought back many memories. We moved from Brooklyn to Los Angeles in 1963 (returned to NY in 1965) to an apartment in the vicinity of La Cienega and Cadillac Ave. I was 11 at that time. How wonderful was it that you included that intersection in your video. I remember walking by myself up La Cienega to Pico and turning left to go to my orthodontist; a seemingly long walk for a kid by himself. This whole video brought back many memories. Loved the HDR. Very well done. Thank you.
Yay, thank you so much Jax! I really appreciate the encouragement and your kind words. Let me know if there is any place around Southern California you want me to eventually record. Sending relaxing vibes 🙌
Memories! Lived 1/2 mile off Mulholland in late 80s-90s...Used it often including trips to the beach now and then...Places to pull over and ponder..Maybe smoke one... Spectacular views and uncrowded then...Thank you!
Love the full drive along Mulholland. I used to do that drive twice a day, just for fun, when gas was cheaper. I'd start at the Cahuenga pass, then drive all the way to the end, past Bel Air Pres, in the Encino hills, where you started. Then I'd drive back. I love that drive so much. This brought back so many memories. Thanks a million!
One thing I’m noticing about these videos is LA traffic flows surprisingly smooth through the city. I’m sure it has its moments but that’s the first thing I noticed.
Traffic gets bad quickly. Sometimes for no discernable reason at all. I will say though that LA drivers are some of the most efficient I've ever come across in the country. An LA driver doesn't use their horn liberally - there is always a reason and it's usually always the right reason. I've seen some crazy stuff like 5 cars bumper-to-bumper at a light back up in unison so a truck making a left turn could fit. Efficiency is everything to LA drivers.
Not at all what so ever I'm shocked there's not much in this video must of went on a holiday or slow slow day. It's usually over flowed and people driving crazy then a mf
I stayed on Beverly Blvd near the center for 2 weeks one summer.. it was a dream. Driving videos like this take me right back there, and all the Ubers I jumped in to get around lol
I absolutely loved every minute of that! Superb quality & as I will never be able to get to LA (as much as I would like to) I can enjoy it as much as if I am already there. This was just wonderful; a new subscriber here for sure! Thank you so much!

As a foreigner living in a developing nation, all I know about Southern California, especially Los Angeles, comes from the many many TV shows, movies, bands and etc and I've always been fascinated with the place. Everything seems sooooo beautiful and evolved, but lately a lot of the news I've seen is how California is horrible place. I don't know what's true or not, what I knownisbthay your videos makes everything seems so magical and peaceful.
Ive seen a lot of horrible videos from CA, mostly from Republicans haters. But, it is true, there is a problem with homeless in CA, but what you see in this video is REALITY. CA is NOT an eight block city. I live in one suburb, six miles east from Downtown and I have never seen a homeless here or close by neighborhood.
Naturally, California - or any place - is neither completely terrible nor perfectly beautiful. I’ve lived here my whole life and it has gotten harder to live here but I still love it. Yes, there are neighborhoods in the big cities that are far dirtier and dangerous than what you expect from a rich country. But you will find rough neighborhoods all around the US. There are many homeless people though and the cost of living is high. Traffic can be bad. Violent crime has had a small increase lately but for perspective, it is at 39% its historic high reached in 1994 and ranks 15th out of 50 states. Violent crime is less than half of what it was when I was a kid, but now it is being caricatured as a particularly dangerous place, IMO usually by people with political differences. On the other hand we have 9 national Parks (the most of any state) and we are blessed with nearly every kind of ecosystem. I can have breakfast in San Francisco and be in Wine Country, a redwood forest, Silicon Valley, Monterey, Tahoe or Yosemite by lunch. LA or San Diego by dinner. Direct 4-5 hour flights to Hawaii. It might sound cheesy but I’m proud that we’re home to the original Disneyland. People in the cities are *generally* diverse, tolerant, open-minded and cosmopolitan. People can be who they want to be, religion doesn’t get shoved down your throat like many other parts of the country. It’s crazy how many kinds of people you can meet here. Often, kids who get kicked out of their families in other parts of the US come here because they feel accepted and relatively safe. San Francisco is one of the few walkable cities in the US with actual public transit. The Central Valley farms generate some of the best produce in the country, and they are used in some of the best restaurants and wineries. There are about 90 Michelin starred restaurants, the most in the country. The food here is diverse and outstanding, when all kinds of people rub shoulders and compete.
@@acslater017 I am guessing you grew up around 1985-1990 during the crack and Daryl Gates years. I was around before that and remember L.A. to be a lot safer and a lot cleaner than it is now, 70's orange smog excepted. And yes, our tax burden is ridiculous. In addition to high income tax, we enjoy 2nd highest in nation gas tax, and highest allowable sales tax which is 10%. L.A. is 9.75 although other cities are less. While I agree that California has many natural gifts, public policy is not one of them. I've seen the rot progress first hand. And no, this cannot be so easily dismissed as a caricature.
@acslater017 you pretty much confirmed eveything I was suspecting. I knew that the sh!t California was getting had more to do with political dispute than anything else.
That was cool. We drive on the left so getting used to the journey on the right was good. The sound was really good. All up...pretty relaxing. Although less traffic that what I imagined.
There is a high probability that it is the Canon R5C, which can record 8k60p for a long time and has good anti-shake performance. The one that can meet these conditions is probably the R5C.
Your videos are beautiful and relaxing. I grew up in L.A. and you picked the perfect time of day to show it. Hollywood Boulevard positively glowed in the afternoon sun. My only concern is your car. This is not the first video where I hear you starting the engine any time you have to wait for a traffic light. This is very rough on the starter and the alternator, as well as the main starting gear. If you are monetizing these videos, I hope you can fix the problem with your car. Thanks again and cheers!

Lonely 90-era vehicle traffic from the 2000s-2010s is still running smoothly in Los Angeles since the Special Capital Region vehicles from 2010 comming from Washington DC
Hi my name is Glaison Luiz and I from Brazil! I love watching your videos, especially from Los Angeles, which is undoubtedly a very beautiful city and full of places worth visiting (thanks Google Translate for help me 😅... I don’t speak English).
I remember as a visitor from the UK, driving in Los Angeles during the late seventies to the mid eighties. I always found the standard of driving very disciplined and courteous and the 55mph speed limit generally respected. Has the speed limit changed since I visited all those years ago? It looked as though several cars on the freeways were moving at quite a lick. The lane discipline is still very good though. I wish we could overtake in any lane in the UK, like you can in the US, it's illegal here to overtake on the inside. Congratulations on producing a really cool video, it brought back some great memories for me.
The speed limit on freeways in urban areas is generally still 55 mph in CA. Many people drive as fast as they can get away with. On rural freeways the speed limit is 70 mph.
@@pumasgoya I believe they were asking about the speed limit in LA on the freeways, which is partly 55 mph, with some 65 and 70 mph. Yes the 55 mph mandatory national speed limit was repealed in 1995. Quite a few speed limits on urban freeways/interstates, in cities, are still 55, but they are rising. However there is no current national speed limit. Limits are set by individual states , hence why states vary in their rural interstate/freeway speed limits of 65, 70, 75, 80, and yes, even 85 mph on Texas state highway 130 Austin to San Antonio.
The 55mph speed limit in the 70s and 80s was a response to the Oil Crisis back then. In the 90s in increased back up to 65mph.
