If it's worse in winter, it could be related to vitamin D, try higher does of vitamins maybe see if you can get a blood test to see if your levels are dropping off.
I get skin issues and mine was linked to stress and diet hormones.
Try it out cos it not harmful to up your vit D.
I have been on higher doses of vit D and vitamin k2.

When you find that balance i know you will drop more videos but i understand doing the two is going to take some organization and all that its a lot i know . and eczema mann it be mild and serious my daughter has it and sis and more people in my family and its like with every person its different. But like you say wen you cut your hair and take care of your hair its gonna grow . i just cut my hair and im wearing wigs so hopefully i see some growth lol because my ends had to go and im always cutting and trimming my hair cuz i wear wigs so idk . buttt i hope to see a video soon you already know imma watch lol . hope yawl had a blessed christmas . anddd happy new year coming .
