o/ on these kinds of vids i find its usually faster to get a screenshot of the grid/ characters and ask this in the community gbf discords or ask your crew (if you're able)
In terms of grid, if you have access to Katze's Harp and / or Draconic, that's more preferable in your Extra Grid Slot. You are not exactly guarding in this Monk setup so Esta's Staff won't really see much play outside of additional Damage Cap. For upgrades in terms of character, the ones that were crossed out in the thumbnail are ideal for the occasional janitor work for non-moving raids
CAUTION: This setup can still fail for slow Siegfried instances. Eating far too many triggers before the 75% Qual can result in him activating his Team Wipe on the next Qual Faenge, because you are not cancelling any triggers to lower his stacks
