The Planescape art has always been some of my favorite art from AD&D. Thanks for sharing!

I remember when I decided to really dive into DnD around 2019-2020, this was one of the first products I bought. I loved it so much that it has thr honarary top shelf display spot right next to my Dark Sun box. But this box is way too expensive. Like holy crap I worked so much overtime to pay for it.

I have a digital copy of this boxed set, but all the books are smooshed into one big PDF. I'm using an external tool called qpdf to extract the page ranges for each of the books into separate files; however, there were a few pages for which I did not know what they corresponded to in the physical box.
So I had to look it up.
And I have finally found a circumstance in which I am watching an unboxing video for a *purpose.*
    What has my life become.

Couldn't you have just printed to PDF using page ranges to seperate them?

@@vincentlance It depends on what he's using to open the file. You can't print a PDF to PDF in Adobe Reader, I'm not sure about other programs.

Yup, I try and show what I can, we all see pictures, but its nice to see what's in the box before you spend the $

I wish it wasn't so expensive. I know there's a reprint, but it's all in one book so you don't get the full-sized maps and DM's screen which isn't as much fun. Oh well, at least it's affordable.

If its so expensive why doesnt the company produce some more boxes and sell for like 100bucks each? I guess its bc people these days just wanna play the new stuff, so its not worth the resources. They do it a lot with remastering games though
