Great tutorial. I had issues a couple of months ago with Pallet Pro; it is faulty and causes collision detection problems was boxes are a little bit high and the pallets are high. So, I adjusted the layer parameters and the issue went away. Thank you.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Pallet Tools Program
    Hello Gared,
I hope this message finds you well.
Currently, our pallet tools program has four rows. We would like to add another row, but I’m unsure how to modify the program. The robot waits until the pallet is cleared before retrieving another pallet. After finishing the previous one, it then goes to the pallet station and waits to clear that pallet as well.
Could you please help me take a look at this? I can send the program to your email.
    Thank you!
    Best regards,
    Soe Min

Go ahead and email me an "all the above" backup make sure to zip it, I can take a look. Jared.boone@midstatellc.com
From the sounds of it, it sounds like you want to modify the pallet pattern/unit load, and it also sounds like you are having issues picking pallets as well. These sound like two different issues but we can tackle them separately. Hit my email up
