I'm getting ready to do a 62 unibody shortly. I love that everybody has a different approach to this project and you get a lot of ideas. I think I'm going to do the frame stiffen that you have done here because I have heard some people say that they get some flex when they don't take the time to address it. I watched the hot rod garage guys put hockey pucks between the cab and the bed on their project.
I live in La Crosse, love seeing your builds at the local shows. Do you do customer work? Like installing a crown vic.front suspension and brakes on a 66 f100?

Tomas Moreno Yes the paint system works great. I purchased it for the first time 5 years ago. Lays out great & buffs great. Easy to color sand & work if needed.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, stiffen up the frame. Or it will sage with the step cut out. Sleeve the original frame as we did.
