Very nice story. Lakshmi garu - you did read this story well. Thank you.
This story showed us how humane and kind people were in those days (1960-1970s).
I am not sure if the current society still holds the same degree of human values and kindness towards a fellow human beings.
If SaroJa gets sick in today’s society, her fate would be much worse I suspect, let alone being taken to a private nursing home by a co-passenger.
