i have long been a big fan of this series as i follow motogp religiously. i had 14 on the 360 and 15, 16(rossi the game), 17, ride 1 and 2, and now 18 on the xb1 and i have to say that 18 is by far the worst! i dont know about anyone else out there but my game would not load its textures at all! everything looked blurry like an n64 and it sucked so bad especially given how good the screenshots and game footage looked and given that the game has been rebuilt using the unreal engine. i also had sound glitches where the whole game went mute with no sound at all. after putting up with it for a few days and even after i had tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times and it already had two updates in that time it was still flawed and i gave up. ive since uninstalled it and taken it back to the store and got my hard earned back. i will never trust another game from milestone again.
Julian Hunter the game is really beautiful, the problem come from your Xbox1, the most gameplay that you can see on youtube are on Xbox one x, PS4 pro, or pc with gtx 1080ti, your machine is a bit too old to run this game correctly. Sorry for that, but it's not the worst, it's the best !
morgan henry i dont buy that. Its not as though my xb1s is a dinosaur. The game is designed to run on the Nintendo switch as well which doesn't have the same power as the xb1s. I shouldn't have to upgrade to an xb1x just to play a bloody racing game.
That's why i skipped 18, the Milestone team just trying new stuff, trying to make the graphic better while the physics also change. Plus 19 is like the big year because everyone pretty much change teams, sattelite team changing their supplier and so on.

the tracks for newer motogp all look exactly the same, older motogps such as 06 and 07 for xbox 360 had much much track selection such as forest, cities and mountains tracks and they seem much more vivid and detailed.
