The end of Spider-Man PS4 when Peter chooses to save the city instead of Aunt May really does it for me. I think it actually perfectly contrasts the end of The Last of Us. Joel chooses to save his daughter instead of everyone else because that is what a dad would do. Peter on the other hand chooses to be a hero and save everyone because that’s what heroes do

The interesting part is that both Ellie and Aunt May would have wanted the respective men to not help them - because they saw saving others over their own life as the right thing to do.
