Overlaying the armor scales with bind runes was pure genius. That looks absolutely amazing. Hands down my favorite part. Could literally be the first of a design considered 'classic' in the future.

As a client and a fanatic of your work, it still amazes me how you find the best lines suiting the form of the body, the perfect size of other elements, just like the scales I this case. But also the use of negative space, the almost strategic placing of bindrunes... it makes me both happy and humble of choosing you as my tattoo artist and you choosing me as a client!!

I like how you based the scales on the Pangolin, it gives it, it’s own organic flow. It actually really reminds me of the roof tiles of stave churches so it makes me think of various places in Norway I have been. You’re damn near a god with that knot work too! 😘
