    The simplicity of these pages are very pleasant and encourages me to start bullet journaling, since the ones I often see frighten me: they're so perfect and clean!! But watching videos like this show the full process before having the final result. Thank you very much!!

      I have a suggestion if you're still struggling with starting. On Amazon, there is a set of three small paper-back notebooks that are dotted (Search Set of 3 A 5 Dotted Notebook). When I got into Bullet Journaling, I was also afraid of how ugly my spreads would be and having to constantly see it. But having those three small books made it easier for me to see my progress without having to look at my rough start for a long time. With a "full" journal, you might use it for a year or two. The Amazon journals I bought I used each for a few months.

      I just created one box for the weekend but you can split that box in two or make the ones on the right side shorter so you can create 4 boxes. Hope that makes sense. 🌞

      Visual ASMR exists. The definition of ASMR is just "a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound."

    • @peterpiperpickedapepper
      @peterpiperpickedapepper 3 года назад

      @@taloe24 Yes, and I have experienced that, all visual asmr is usually tracing letters in the air, making hand movements, etc. If this could count as visual asmr then I could open my math textbook right now, flip through the pages, and get tingles. However, I don't as it's not as satisfying, this person is just flipping through pages in her bullet journal and calling it "ASMR" when in reality it's not..
