Well, the kids aren't dead, so the club would've either: 1) told him the truth, but then Chef would've felt relief, which would feel jarring. Like saying Bamby's mother didn't die. Not unforgivable if you're doing a parody, but it's not funny and it just takes away the tension 2) lied to him that the kids are dead, or at least not well, but that would be stupid, since Chef could've eventually realize they lied to him and the club wasn't all that interested in South Park or the first world for that matter.

This proves why Chef should have listened to George Carlin about joining The Super Adventure Club. Chef joining The Super Adventure Club was dreadful, The Return of Chef is one of my all time favorite South Park episodes, and the ending with Darth Chef was excellent. George Carlin was right about The Super Adventure Club is a big club with awful politicians and terrible celebrities, Life is Worth Losing from 2005 was a great George Carlin special, and George Carlin is my all time favorite American comedian. George Carlin along with Ringo Starr were both the absolute best narrators for Thomas The Tank Engine.

Once they meet someone who thinks they know what they're doing, they find out that there isn't a body in the casket. So the boys go to the Super Adventure Club to see if they know what happened after Chef's death, but maybe the boys will turn out just like Chef if they don't turn back.
The thing is that Darth Chef was not voiced by Isaac Hayes, but rather by Peter Serafinowicz. So Darth Chef does have the potential to return in future episodes if Parker and Stone can get a hold of Serafinowicz again.
He(Isaac Hayes) actually lost his speech in 2006 and he needed to quit south park and the voice of chef that you hear is Isaac Hayes’ speaking session voices cut out and that’s why his voice changes emotions sometimes.
For whatever reason I have this irrational fear of a someone being put inside of a robot. I would be fine with it if lighting and quality didn’t make it more creepy
