Doesnt actually show safety chain being put on!!??
Yes this is all very good, but how do U add subsequent charms. Once the chain is on it won't come off.
Mine came with the safety chain already on and I can’t get it off to add my charm. Did you ever figure out how to easily remove it?

I have tried everything. It will not come off. No one from Gnoce responds. Any advice?
When bought the bracelet the safty chain is already on but how does it come off to add charms. Mine won't come off
@@anamariabaronceajuganaru if you twist and pull the safety chain it will come off. I did manage in the end. Hope this helps

The safety chain ia totally fine no idea how so mamy people are having issues?? It comes off fine when you want to change your charms it goes back on fine too!
Just because yours does doesn't mean they all do.

The safety chain on mine won't come off
I was having a slight problem too, just gently tease it off. They're not supposed to come off easy. Tajes a while but it will come off

It’s too bad the free bracelet comes apart so easily.
Never had this issue they're just as good as my Pandora ones
