      @@jontyrhodes4155no he got good jobs and he purchased his property early so in 2023 he’s living on small portions rentals maybe his job give bonus and he saved more money for long term so anyone’s purchaser’s property 10 years ago they all in $400,000 profit back in the days whatever 2600-2700 we making now you have enough expenses for house now it’s everything went up put a down payment on a 1 million dollar house you need $140,000 and per month you need $5600 dollars back in the day you need 60,000 downpayment most people rent their house make $2600 per month now if you do it you’ll make only 200-500 per month’s anyone purchase now it’s tough to save so basically he did this 8-10 years ago he’s in profit in everything now he purchases everything his salary probably increased so he even save more on his incomes per months 😊

      It depends on the neighborhood. My neighborhood has free street parking. You just need to remember parking in the correct side of the street in certain days to avoid a ticket.

    $5000 CAD!!! Damn, that's too much. Canada's basic lifestyle is claiming 3,10,000 Indian Rupees (MONTHLY!!!). Very expensive.
    This is a good example of learning that a higher income in other country doesn't actually mean a higher income. A commerce graduate starts with that income in India. Anyways, informative video. Thank you

      CAD 5K equates to around Rs.94K in terms of PPP, which is standard in a city like Bangalore.

    $5000 is not bad for a couple who both work. That's $2500 per person. Depending on your salary you can save and invest some. If your salary is average around $6000 to $8000 each that's pretty good. And never make the mistake of converting it to Indian Rupees.

    Please share where exactly are you located in Canada. There is difference in prices of the property in Canada itself and some of us might be bound to stay at a specific location due to our job constraints. It would be useful to know in that respect also where the property prices are cheap and sustainable.

    there is a lot of money in india. I lived in ireland for 16 years, did 3 degrees, corporate jobs and still couldnt afford to live on my own. always had to share the apartment with some one. now i have moved back to india and making way more money than i was in dublin. buying luxury clothing, eating out when i want. India has a lot of opportunities of making money.

    Which gym do you guys go to? We're paying $150 (my husband and I).
    Definitely would appreciate sharing how you controlled outside eating expenses. lol Hearing that is SO relatable. We're kind of in the same place... eating from outside but now cooking at home as much as possible. 😥

    $2300 is not bad a for a town home. I lived in San Diego and I was paying $1900 USD which is equivalent to $2470 CAD in 2016 for a 2 bedroom 2 Bath apartment.
    Rent is Canada is not too much. people just like to complain more.

      He is probably not living in a major city. Rent for a small town house these days can cost you around 3,500 - 3,800 in and around the areas of the city of Toronto including GTA
