Go look at fall 2007, market tracking exactly like it. Rate cuts on the same date as before September 18, big pump for a few days then tops. No new highs yet.

Kal...Sept 18 rate cut will be a catalyst for a pump!!!...so Im confused as to why you think we are going tom make a top in the next few days and then mkts head south through Sept/Oct??? I am predicting exactly the opposite. We are going for a blow off top. Top in November. Your analysis is always top notch but I think you may have this one wrong. I hope you aren't as id love Crypto to go south before heading north again.

honestly its been a GREAT week. after the FED meeting today stocks roared......and they will probably roar all this week....since friday we will be getting a rate cut...but the next 2 weeks after that, will probably be pretty volatile short term......

Scam incoming
There seems to be no point of taking a bearish stance, because of the continual liquidity creation and re-hypothecation of the Fed. The Fed is the cause of this constant pumping and juicing of the markets which ultimately causes devaluation of the currency versus precious metals and commodities. Stocks are simply a place to park capital to "capitalize" on this dynamic.
Seems like the stocks are the indicator of good fed policy. Not the fact that everything is getting more expensive.
The bond market is much bigger than the stock market. As bonds (TLT) start climbing in value (rates go down) all the big money investors will move immediately to stable reliable income away from overbought volatile stocks (MAG/FANG). The smart money wants guaranteed returns not speculation. Also a weak dollar is very different than a weak foreign currency, it will cause a crash well before a rally, even in Venezuela the inflation outpaced the stock price rise in the local currency, so don't count on profiting from US stock rises due to run away inflation caused by rate cuts.
