According to the Special Chapter: Star(the chapter after Chapter5 with a record by Greta Hofmann，Patch1.4 added) ：A foundation member with blue polka dot scarf named Paulina has been reversed in the 2nd Storm, leaving only one arm, when Matilda and Vertin was absolutely under 12（the 3rd Storm). J（Joe）‘s younger sister couldn't be the same Paulina（since Matilda has been grown up in the trailer)，but she does wear the same blue polka dot scarf in the trailer, which means people who was reversed could be reborn again back to their own era. But we just don't know they just share the same look or share both apperance and personality.
In this video Paulina lost an arm, maybe her arm didn't been reversed is the reason of it
