Todd, I watched your other video's and it looked like you don't bring bear spray. Why not ?

Have you watched the RUclips video by Mary Maley? She is on a kayak trip in Berg Bay Alaska a bear approaches her and she sprays it, the spray does nothing but irritate the bear and it destroys her kayak after that.
