This may be the first Epic Holiday Sale ever, where I don't claim any of the free games. But the silver lining is...at least I don't have to worry about purchasing games I actually want to play, and then discover Epic gave it away for free, during this event.
My experience is, that mostly there are 3 interesting game in the gift games. One always on 24-25th, one at the end around new year, and one on the beginning. This year I dare to say that Return to Moria achieved the good game status at the beginning. I don't have too high expectations, but I'm optimist.

Can someone help me. When I launch terratech it loads to the screen where we can see the version and unity logo so there a blue loading occurs on the top which i think is epic games allow screen cuz I played wizard of legend the same thing happened in that game the allow screen occured and worked properly but in terratech the loading suddenly stops and nothing shows up and crashes and when I click the cross button in the corner it crashes. I tried to verify the game files did all things but it just doesn't work. Does anybody know the fix of this? (Sorry for bad English)
I searched for some more info about Dark and Darker, and I must say I'm on the fence on this one. But hey : 1) If it's free, there's nothing to lose by trying it if we're unsure about it. And I can just hide it in the "Trash" collection I created if I don't like it for whatever reason. 2) The games weren't half-bad so far. This is the first christmas in which I still haven't skipped a game after the 5th day.
The games were fine but mediocre at best. At this point in past Christmas's we had at least one AAA game or famous III game or AA game. Right now we have some unknown mid indie games (indie is not a problem btw, neither are all AAA games good, but they really seem to have fallen off).
I haven't tried this one yet (Dark and Darker), so maybe if we get this DLC, I could try it out. I usually avoid any multiplayer game, after having spent much time in WoW back in the day, but I could give this one a try, at least.

I love Divine Divinity. I already have the game on steam, but I'd be happy to see people get the game. I think it is a really good game. If it is Dark and Darker, I've been meaning to play it, but still need to get a gaming pc for that. Overall though, I think tomorrow's game will be good.
Yes to be honest, this game is an absolute garbage i will not even claim - but we didn t expect all the games to be good - if we get 2 big games ( even if i had them before i will be still happy because of the community) and 2-3 other good indie games i ll be still happy, backlog is huge anyway.

Dark and Darker is like a free demo but the paid DLC Legendary Status is what makes it a whole game. Legendary Status is what's going to be the free gift tomorrow.

I'm glad for free games, but I'm not going to play this. The games this year feel like they were ripped straight from Humble Mystery Boxes. I'll leave my full judgement until it's all done, but this has easily been the weakest year for free Christmas games.
I liked wizard of legend, astrea six order.. Wizard of legend was in my steam cart. So, I am glad I got it from epic While other games into junk folder.
This all are trash games i am not expecting some most popular aaa game but really this games are super junk..even if they give any old 2008 to 2014 game then it would be good

Lol. This is a holiday giveaway event with suspense from epic. That's why people are rude. Epic gave trash games for free lots of times on regular but people don't mind because there is no suspense involved. But what is happening now is a special event from epic, so we can't blame people for being rude when the surprise game is actually not good.
dark and darker is really a big game, is a lot better than other AAA games, if you get into this game prepare to spend hundreds of hours. is really a deep and hardcore game, kinda survival pvp and pve is challenging. not for everybody,
Fair enough Dark and Darker legendary status could be the potential 6th free game on epic games, similar to last year's destiny 2. The other possibilities for the 6th free game are Darkest Dungeons 2 or Darkest Dungeons. ( The only game this year is not a snoozer is the 1st game on the EGS. ) I would be really happy if Epic Games surprised me with this game Dragon Dogma Dark Arisen that would be history in the making 1st ever game from capcon, the game company that makes mega man. Don't let me down Sweeny... But regardless I will install tomorrow's game as soon as I redeem it, that's my Destiny 2 moment ( no pun intended).

Can someone help me. It's multiplayer PvP / PvE. You can play it solo (without teammates) but there is no single player mode.
