Glad the little guy made it there safe. When I would purchase my critters online, all up and down the shipping boxes would have endless indications there were a live animal packaged. That little warning on the side is inexcusable.

They have Standard "Order with turtles" and Express "Order with turtle or Torttoises" I want to buy turtle so I buy the Standard "Order with turtle" right? also should I buy the Upgrade my shipping before buying the turtle ? because it say "free shipping" so I wonder if I buy the upgrade shipping do I still have to pay for the shipping cost or I will get free Standard"Order with turtle" shipping?

bro i ordered a bunch of stuff like 200 dollaes worth then the turtle and then the shipping and its not letting me track anything or see where my stuff is at it is so annoying im scared im gonna just lose my money and not get my stuff
I mean, they did ship him from Florida to the middle United States in the dead of winter, and he survived, he’s still thriving almost 2 1/2 years later. I haven’t had any necessarily negative issues with that particular website but it’s also been 2 1/2 years.

I currently use the ones that came in the box, 50 watt heat and 5.0 UVB.
