    Part.4 is gonna be epic, and in my opinion, personally I would like to see longer videos, more on the build process and just general talking, just my opinion though, thanks buddy

    Just a tip rotella is not made for wet clutches I tried it on my 250r and it roasted the hell out of my clutches

    • @MichaelSabo
      @MichaelSabo  6 лет назад +1

      I hear both sides of the argument. I've run it in a lot of my bikes for years with no problems though so I lean towards the side of it working well.

    Raptor 125 plastics fit on blasters

  • @rpmjunky2795
    @rpmjunky2795 6 лет назад +3

    Don’t know if it was just me but when you were installing the clutch pressure plate it looked like there was too much of a gap between the clutch fiber plates and the metal front plate. If it’s been sitting crank seals are probably toast. Top end doesn’t sound right. Maybe leaking head gasket?

    • @MichaelSabo
      @MichaelSabo  6 лет назад +1

      Hmm, I'm not sure; it seemed to go together correctly, and the clutch is working well. It was in dire need of jetting and the TORS was wacked out; I have since adjusted those things. This is actually the first blaster I've ever worked on.

    Hmmm what could be going on in pt.4? To be continued........

    Hey bro the blaster is looking good. In the last clip of it running it sounds pretty rough it sound like your crank seals are gone. I have 2 blasters and a banshee and i have had to replace the crank seals on them. They tend to start leaking if a bike has been sitting for a while.
    Great vids bro.

    • @OGAstra
      @OGAstra 6 лет назад +3

      you can tell by the idle that theres a air leak somewhere

    • @MichaelSabo
      @MichaelSabo  6 лет назад +3

      Thank you for the info! The seals were shot on my Banshee too. It is possible that they're shot on this Blaster too. I deleted the TORS and the jetting was way to small; it's running better now. It is still possible there is a leak though.

    How much money was put into the blaster when it was sl said and done?

  • @cameronlupachino1527

    Hey mike, I just picked up a 04 yfz450 for 1,700 bucks.. thing is in pretty good shape for that price I believe but I’m going through it rn have it tore down to the frame regreaseing every bearing and replacing a few parts here and there and re painting a few parts.. the reason I’m doing all this is the day after I got it I threw the chain and cracked the case. I’m looking at buying factory oem gaskets and bearings I’m in ct believe I’m pretty close to u how much would u charge if I was to ship everything out to you and have u swap everything over to the new cases?? I can do most things but I’m nervous to tear into the bottom end😂 maybe u could even make a vid out of it🤙🏼

    • @MichaelSabo
      @MichaelSabo  6 лет назад +1

      Oh man; there are a couple people asking me to do builds for them; I'm not sure I am ready for that. Although I would love to help you out. If you're in CT we are probably about 4-5 hours apart. Bottom ends are not as scary as they seem; you just need to keep track of where everything goes and stay clean and organized. Make sure you have a service manual too and a torque wrench and the correct gasket sealer. Take your time with splitting the cases and you'll be mad proud of yourself when it's all together and running!
