3 seals and a matrix per upgrade? I can't even afford to upgrade an artifact.

Same, have all the gear but cant upgrade it for the 3rd perk I want! Currently trying to build a little financial empire to get the resources haha. I heard season 4 is supposed to be generous with the mats needed in the kiln so look out for that!

I heard that the winter festival players can receive seals as rewards I heard it could be close to 9 during the entire event but that's not confirmed yet . I would be looking for a weapon/ armor matrix now because during the event I am sure prices will rise due to demand. Also adamant for the health perk will be. Cheap/ easy to get so I would hold off buying those until season 4.
