I think every other day is good. As a wanna be game developer, it is interesting to see how you make such a large map.
That I agree with because ever since I've wanted to be a game dev and have tried to learn, I've been looking at things very differently, like these videos I used to watch for entertainment, now im basically analysing how Robuilder does it, and if I join a game, I wanna understand how a certain bit works you know, but I feel like small touches off screen is okay

In my opinion the best way to settle the "off camera/all camera" argument is to try to do a golden middle. By that I mean for example doing the boring/simple/easily-explainable stuff off camera but more important/interesting/complicated stuff should be uploaded in a form of sometimes commentary and sometimes a timelapse for the sake of variation. It should satisfy both sides I believe. By the way don't let go on your journey, it's a blast watching you create that dream game of yours from the beginning and I'm sure it will turn out great! :)

I think u should continue to make videos on the game but you can 100% work off screen just show the audience in the video what you created off screen. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!!
I think the roads will be less laggy if you put a texture on them instead of making parts, and i like watching the series daily !

I liked to see you work on this project everyday honestly it’s just to fun to watch this while doing homework and because the videos are so interesting and short it keeps me entertained and plus on a side note (you should really make a google forum where we can suggest new ideas!)

I think you should do more ofscreen and just show us once in a while what u did and what u will be doing. I think that will be more fun since you see more progression at once at it will be more entertaining. And ofcourse it will be done faster to play :)

create a skatepark type/style place where you can paint anything you want on the walls with spray cans and do tricks and jumps with bikes and motorbikes, there may even be loop loops. it would be awesome if you made it!!

I love this series but the best strategy is to upload a video once a week, why? well, development can take months or even a year to release an Alpha, so doing daily update videos will not show a big evolution,
2) Sometimes you’ll feel bad or sad but because of this responsibility you’ll have to make a video even if you don't want to.
3) RUclips algorithm doesn't like daily videos, you’re sharing your views between all of them, you’ll get and hold more views per video doing a once a week update.
*Basically, do it once a week so we can see more development in one video, you don’t have the pressure to make a video even if you don’t want to and RUclips algorithm will help with more views.*
ill be honest, ive been watching since the start and i am enjoying this as a fellow builder. i'd say work on your game in your own time as well as its YOUR dream. and maybe make like a few highlights, like a few clips. but i love waking up and seeing a new video!!!

The most logical thing would be to maybe post an update every week or so, since it might seem nice for us the audience to see it every other day but I think it's more exciting for us with a weekly update.

I think there should be something that no one except the devs know so that when the game comes up people can see it when they join the game instead of seeing it from the video ( it would be cool if you add some secret areas or hunts which will give some perks ?)

You should do streaming! People might actually love that and will be great for interactions and teamwork by making polls and ect.

This guy’s skills are so amazing. I tried making a game and it was so much work. I found out how helpful tool add-ins. You work very hard Robuilder and deserve more support.
A recommendation i have to offer is add and off roading track which goes up into the mountains kinda like a mountain biking kinda coarse.
You can post updates on the series once or twice a week and record you building the game and use the recordings as speedbuilds and just explain everything you have worked on. I think that may help with showing the viewers how the game is going while still being able to make different videos.

in my opinion i like games that have two different parts of the map so like the main part which is where you spawn and where most of the stuff is but then you can have a second area that you take a tunnel or train to and maybe it’s to much work but it’s just an idea you could have but even if you don’t it’s still going to be a great game

This still looks awesome! I love this series and ive watched all the videos, but i have an idea, what if you took the builds from build my life, mainly “your first job” and your irl house and put it into the game. Obviouslly youd actually have to finish the build first, but i find it would be a cool quest giver idea if u made urself as an NPC and give out quests, anyways love ur builds!
you should add a Military Base/ Area 51 or a airport or abandoned airfield for a race track
i think some graffiti around the map could be a nice way of breaking up the plain large walls and also to add a bit more or life to the city
Personally, you should make the videos 15+ minutes. You should also start making timelapses of you building new models, or just placing things around to the map to give it a more subtle feel. When a timelapse comes you could narrate it, or add some calm and relaxing music.
Please keep making them every other day for a video it’s so fun and interesting

In my opinion I’d like to watch it every other day, and you are still making the map even if its once a week, i’m just saying its better to save time and make content out of building your game and make it every other day
My only advice is, you’re the leader here and if the video and editing process gets in the way of your time building. Maybe once a week upload isn’t so bad and running everyone through on what you did “ off screen “
I think its enough to make videos about the game only once or twice a week so you can show more progress in one video and pll wont get tired of the series as fast. but its your choice after all
i think you should make like a audio which plays when your on the gravel road or brick road it will play like your driving on either a normal road gravel road or a brick road i think it would be pretty cool

I think that every other day is good, but its mostly up to you. All i was thinking is that if you dont record alot of progress as you do it (Or) some progress, Your videos would be a bit short. But im not a youtuber so i think you could probably come up with ideas to put into your video that makes up for the Un-Recorded progress👍.

Honestly, you should also work off screen, it will boost development and it does not matter if everyone wants to see everything, maybe make some videos and work on it as-well but also do some work off screen It will be put together more comfortably and faster that’s just my opinion.

You could probably try using a decal for the road details so it doesn’t use as many parts
