This isn't the first time Mio has expressed concern over Subaru's diet, it's clear this is something she genuinely thinks about a lot. As someone who also doesn't eat much, I do also think it'd probably be easier if I had more of an appetite, and I'm not nearly as physically active as Subaru is, so it makes sense that Mio is so concerned.
