    That's a HUGE oversight, bud.

The evidence that was not properly collected, recorded or entered into any kind of proper chain of custody. They used red Solo cups from a police captain's home for blood evidence and their evidence bag was from a local supermarket. I could go on and on. I watch every day of this trial and their lack of professionalism is a joke as well as travesty

I wonder how many supporters are outside after hearing all of the EMT safe say she said she hit them? Why wasn’t she arrested when she said it ?

Because she said it like she was asking a question not as a confession. The prosecution can’t even re-enact the accident and explain all of his injuries.

Are you kidding? They can’t even re-enact the car accident to explain Johns injuries. At least 4 people left that house that night and no one saw John’s body on the lawn? I don’t understand how they brought this crap case to trial.

She didn’t admit anything. She made a statement in the form of a question. Sorry the prosecution ks never getting past the fact that house was never searched. And 2 min of ring camera missing that would prove KArEn’s car light was still in tact. Explain that.
