i do agree that build quality of Vande Bharath is not upto mark.But its mostly to do with poor workmanship of railway coach factory.Also you need to appreciate the existing VB whatever drawbacks it have since its the first of its kind in India.Hopefully VB3 Sleeper trains will have superior build quality primarily because its build in Aluminium,then its executed by experienced global players.
