    I'm crying listening to this absolutely brave man talk to his Dad. I lost my mom suddenly 3 months ago and I too held some resentment towards her. I feel so guilty about it. The saving grace is that I had a butterfly experience. In my yard, a butterfly kept pursing me, following me. And after I got over the fear, I felt I needed to allow this to happen. The butterfly landed on me and stayed on my foot and then on my knee. This went out for over an hour. It was absolutely a sign that my mom was okay. She was sending me a sign. I kept talking to her and saying sorry and that I miss her. It was very cathartic.

I'm also dealing with letting go of resentment towards my parents--though they're both still here, things weren't always ideal--and I've never been able to wrap my mind around the concept of forgiveness when you're still hurt and angry and have no closure or apology from them (and even sometimes when you do have an apology but it doesn't fix all the damage). Especially it's a natural product the strength can vary a lot. I'm glad to hear you managed the uncomfortable feelings that came up well, but never underestimate the possible danger of such mind altering states.
      I think there is no need for such substances if you want to transform your life and too many people are taking them without considering their life changing dangers, especially 'cause of the current hype.

    • @zwartepeat3552
      @zwartepeat3552 Год назад

      @@MrMiroto Agreed absolutely but I have to say drug induced state of consciousness allowed me to tap into things on a real level. For me for example MDMA and weed have been really transformative. I don't know if it is needed because now they are part of my experience and I don't know how far I would have gotten without the substances but what I can say is that it really gave the kick I needed to get out of some state of mind and it helped me physically feel the snap, as opposed to just have a mild realisation on my own I truly felt the universe dropping it on me. I think the power of the experience is something important because the better the realisation the more impact this will have on your life, and that is aligned I think with the kind of releases that we can see on Julien's videos. Now I also want to say that drugs are not harmless things and that if you take them for personal introspection you should absolutely research to the best of your abilities or have a professional watch you (I am thinking about the legalisation of ketamine therapy centers). Good luck to all

  • @equals5StaR
    @equals5StaR Год назад +1

    Those are all probably good things, but all this man needs to understand is 1 simple truth. The truth that men and women are not perfect, even if they are our parents. We tend to think of our parents as "godlike", projecting great stuff on them, but in reality they are flawed as we are.
    In order for this man to heal is for him to accept that what his father did was the best he could do. Yes it might have not been the best for the situation and its definitely not what this man wanted. I've learned that placing my projections and hopes on other people would only lead to disappointment. His father was either flawed or wanted to fight to the end, meaning "saying his goodbye" kinda means you're giving up knowing that you're doomed. Maybe his father didn't want to do that. Or maybe his life experiences made it hard for him to express his feelings. Either way what this man should do is accept his father as he was - a flawed man and forgive him and remember him with good.
    ps. keep in mind that projecting your expectations on others can lead you do be fucked by a narcissistic vampire, since they thrive on this.

    Am I impossible help?
    Do you do one on one help!?? It’s an emergency. I’ll explain below
    I don’t think even this can help me.
    It’s a combination but
    On one hand
    I can’t even say I love you to my family. Not just that I’m never my real self. I never actually say what’s in my mind. I can’t ever say I love you, thank you, or just show any emotion.
    BUT INSIDE I Fukin saying it everyday and am the most appropriativd person they probably ever could meet. I really grateful for everything even if it’s small. But it isn’t just family it’s me as a whole like in public I can never actually be my real self or say what I want. I just ain’t normal.
    And I’ve studied your stuff
    But I can’t think of absolutely any childhood trauma to let go off in my subconscious.
    My core state I’d say is fear? BecHse I’m constantly afraid. Afraid of being judged, beat up on the street, what people think. But then it’s like well is that because I fear being alone? Or fear not being loved? I don’t know
    But when I try to do these I don’t feel nothing. Even in the moment. Say if I just say fuck it just say I love you.
    Obviously something is there otherwise I wouldn’t be resisting saying it. But I don’t physically feel nothing lol????? Makes no sense man. I don’t get it at all?? Like I don’t feel anything even when triggered it’s just there. It just is.
    So I think even you can’t help me at this point.
    Then they’ll die and I’ll never even of said I love you and or they wouldn’t of even known my real self.
    And then as you say
    So what? What if that’s true?
    Well
    Well then I just idk what’s the point almost like fuck why couldn’t I just fukin say it? It’s not hard it’s fukin words. It would be detrimental regret and guilt. But on the other hand it is like well who says you have to show you love them? So what?
    Well I guess the only think I can think of as the core cause is
    Well if I don’t express I love them then they might not love me. And which leads to either not feeling loved or being alone............ and I’ve tried tuning into them. What if it really happened? Which it will because their gonna die one day but I can’t fuckin feel Jack shit. If anyone has the motivation to Give up it’s me because even this can’t help me and I dunno what to do anymore
    Maybe I have a disability at this point
    I’ve gone thru so much self help shit. And now obviously after learning ur stuff I know that our default is abundance and it’s removing the shit rather than getting there. Like I’ve studied your stuff to the T but I just cannot let go of whatver the hell is stopping me being able to
    1. Be my self and fear of just speaking my mind in general. I can’t even reply back when people walk past in a morning walk saying good morning. I dred walking past people literally incase they speak to me.
    And
    2. I can’t even say thank you, please, I love you to family. I don’t hardly even talk to my family and I live with mother too.......... this is bad really bad and I need emergency help to fix this from you. I feel I qualify for desperate help. So do you do one on one help? I feel I know your stuff inside out btw. I’ve learnt pretty much everything you teach. Including gone through transformation mastery video course

    I don’t understand why you wear the glasses, doesn’t seem very conducive to genuine connection

      Because socially anxious people struggle with strong eye contact. The glasses help the anxious people around him feel more comfortable with looking at him without triggering their anxiety around eye contact.

      Nah that’s some bs lmao. He’s all about exposure but shields them from eye contact? It seems like a way to distinguish himself as nonchalant and cool. He’s indoors - makes no sense. Men need genuine connection. I am a licensed therapist and i would never wear sunglasses to protect the client. That would be reinforcing the fear that it is in fact something to be feared. Use the fear as exploration

      @@mord0 This is a different environment than a therapy session. Maybe don't be so judgmental about how other people appear or choose to present themself to the world. Seems like you're trying to discredit Julien's intentions. Everyone has their own way of doing things.
