Unless u r a converted muslim , cuz we put meat even in sambhar what Hindus cook often using only plant based things . Tamils only use chickpea flour and only vegan based things in burji . Just don't mix authentic tamil cooking with ur recently developed fast foods or the religion u took from Colonizers like europe and Arabia . Recently my frd told me mutton haleem is authentic tamil dish . I was like ..brooo!! Tamils even kill the goat without much pain in one chop . And just make it to curry . We tear and tear the goats, cows neck untill our abba's quran verse recitation is completed. The freaking goat dies in so much pain , even after that we mash it's muscle to eat it . Secondly both the chopping methods are used in Tamilnadu. I owned a poultry farm few years ago which was demolished due to growth of urban area. Our butchers used both the method, those things are followed by northies.

For onion Bhaji we never use Egg also the flour is the chickpea flour

@@someadcstuff7670Don't use eggs, just use *"besan"* or "chickpea flour" instead of regular flour. As for the rest, use chopped red onions, coriander, chopped thai green chillies, & salt, cumin, red chilly powder & some turmeric powder. Use water to thicken & deep fry
