Sounds marvelous , like an live event realistically recreated . I dont get that with any digital ive heard unless its a digital recording of a vinyl record . Doh!
@@audio-freedom It's nothing special, you can use any hd camera that has a mic input with a build in volume meter to control volume without clipping. My camera is an older Sony HDR-CX900 Full HD Handycam Camcorder
@@hamiltonontkeith another question: Braun L1030 are your favorite German speakers? Have you ever tried Grundig speakers of the same historical period?
I'm only using the Sansui au 999, there is no other amp playing in this video. The other amps in the video are au 888 another 999 and a ba 3000 power amp with a ca 3000 pre below it
Best sound I've heard from those speakers in all your demo's!!!
Those speakers need the right amp to show how well they can sound
@@hamiltonontkeith Well - you nailed it!!!
The dome midrange and tweeter on that speaker are also shared by ADS speakers. They are ultra low mass and very neutral. Very transparent drivers.
@@socksumi I am familiar with ADS. Thanks for the info!!
Have that same amp and tuner. Nice to see it in action. 👍
The 999 is an awesome amp. Thanks

Very good sound! Could you tell me which smartphone model do you use for recordings?
I used a hd video camera with a mic input, and 2 cheap $100 rode shotgun mics. Thanks
@@hamiltonontkeith Thank you, please can you tell me the model of camera ?
