Buy him with shards if you can, magic bullet can be summoned but it's will be harder to get her because rate up for new identities will take priority or you need 400 outis shards so depends on your resources, if you like him,you of course can pull on his banner but the thing is if you skip him now he will be available for the rest of the season(around 3+- months) for shard exchange, but Walpurgis nigh( and all identities except new ones)is only available for a limited time and who knows where it will appear next ( most of the time every 3-4 months) so i would say skip him if you really really want magic and new Walpurgis identities wait until they banner appear pull on it and then depends on what you get shard exchange what you want, I hope I was able to help you, Good luck with your pulls
