you combo it with spelunking (lands you control come in untapped), skullspore nexus (2 and tap it to double power of something) and yargle and multani (18/6 vanilla for 6) to draw 36 cards, play every land in your hand, and then cast a billion spells, then when you discard down undergrowth is now a huge number and reanimatable creatures are now sitting in your graveyard. Also combine with lotus cobra because LOL LANDFALL

One of these days I want to pump the OTJ Hydra that creates treasure when it dies to something absurd and have Kermit eat it for the lols

I have this deck. It's kinda silly when you factor in the fact that green also has so many landfall synergys. Avenger of Zendikar just makes a bunch of riders for the future, considering those plants will very quickly resemble Audrey 2

Pod didn't seem to like it when I dropped all the lands in untapped (Thank you Spelunking) and then decided Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant needed to introduce the table to all of her friends😆
As a man who built Gitrog, Ravenous Rider and played my first commerder game with it last weeked, drawing 30 cards (18 of which were from frog on frog violence) is a hell of a drug.
Ok, so I pulled the funny frog out of a few packs I bought and really wanted to build a deck with him. Out of the many random cards I already owned it turned out to be a pretty good deck that players at my local TCG store groan at just the sight of. I love my funny frog creatures in Magic.
I already have a jank version of this boi built. None of the extremely horrific things you mentioned. However there are a couple creatures with P/T equal to lands I control, as well as 69 lands
I wanna put it in the 99 of a grindy Abzan "The Rock" deck that also has Spiritmonger and Pernicious Deed in it but i also yearn for the rhe days when 60 card casual shared playtime with EDH in multiplayer.

The most dramatic power increase we can have is playing Rafiq of the Many as the commander. He won't sacrifice you to draw cards, he does have access to green mana, white and blue mana too. Plus he has a lion mount and a giant sword to slap opponents upside the head with. Or send in one other creature to do the work. Also day 24 of asking by the way.
Just a reminder that Thalia is... TECHNICALLY still alive. Now, how long that lasts wholly depends on how much she was willing to feed Ol' Gitty and if it was enough to satisfy them before he decided to be a mount that eats their rider, but it could just be a plan they came up with after Thalia left... there's no confirmation that she was eaten.

That Gitrog is super powerful and I would love to get free manna sources and cards for just playing the game. If I don't make him his own commander then I'll put him in slimefoot and squee.
This commander is a menace. I built mine with Low cost high powered creatures. So every turn I place a 3 mana 7 power to feed the frog. On average I get to draw 6-8 cards a turn and place 2-4 lands. Honestly one of the cards to show to far we are with power creep
Anyone know if there is a way to force your opponent to cast one of your instants while its effect has been decided on the stack? Trying to build some kind of hive mind pact deck with a bunch of cards that have lose conditions on them and then forcing control of them over to my opponent’s side of the field before they resolve
This isn’t even taking into account for cards like death presence which is a 1green 5 colourless enchantment that when a creature you control dies create x +1/+1 counters where x is the dead creature power and put it on another creature, so your not even losing damage by sacking a creature, just moving it onto a different one or just making more card draw.
Once more I beseech the Lord of Roasts to take a crack at Eight-and-a-Half-Tails. He's my favorite commander, and I think you're afraid of the allegations should you review him.
