Do we have to purchase ArcGIS Enterprise Builder in addition to the ArcGIS server?. We have on-premise arcgis for server 10.6.1 and portal, is it possible to configure enterprise builder without having additional cost?
While I can see the benefits and uses for this product set, I feel the presenters are more 'slick televangelist' than 'business partner.' I'm waiting for them to tell me God needs me to send them money so they can update this fine software which will make me richer once I buy an additional updated copy for use in my business.

Looks amazing. What are the major differences between this and ArcGIS Hub?
I think Hub is mainly built for data sharing purposes
What is the widget or function that enables the switch between map and scene in the same map widget (or the appearance of such)?

You just add the second map or scene to that map widget and you then have the ability to switch.
