Thank you Marcelo! This was straightforward, concise and easy to follow. I particularly like that your actual actions in your loop involve spitting out values by accessing properties, because for someone like me who is still a beginner in Power Automate Desktop, seeing how I can use properties of objects returned is essential for taking my usage to the next level.
Hej Marcelo, thanks for sharing this video, do you know how to get the url of an email itself in order to paste the url in a document, and in the end when clicking the url-email-link in the document the mail will then be opened in the default app, do you know some workaround for this?
Good question, if you learn how, definitely worth sharing! If you enter the email address of the shared mailbox and you have a separate Outlook profile for that shared mailbox, or have that shared mailbox simply added to your own Outlook profile, maybe Power Automate Desktop will be able to work with it? Although, I'd suggest that when it comes to telling it what mailbox folders to look at, it's expecting that it's looking in the PRIMARY mailbox profile, so you'd need to have a profile of its own for that shared mailbox.
