New instrument warning: I just got an accoustic and an electric violin for christmas! I'm very excited about learning violin, it is very challenging but I believe I'll push through. The violin parts were easy enough for me to play them in this video, but it will probably take a lot of time before I can do more fancy thing with it. Aside from these new instruments, the talkbox is back! I've only used it once before (in my sonic mania cover), but I was eager to use it in a context where I would sing lyrics through it. It's a very difficult instrument, but mixing a synthesizer with vocal chords is such a cool concept, it truly sounds awesome.
I'm very proud of the progress I'm making in terms of harmony in my writing skills. The more I write, produce and perform, the more I understand what works and doesn't for each instrument. I'm relieved that I managed to write triomphant harmony for a 20+ piece band without failing miserably somewhere, because I know fore sure that I would'nt have pulled that off a couple of months ago.

There are no lyrics in the original song, I found them in a fan-made video from a channel named OG_GF. I liked them so much that I made a whole arrangement using them!
