Absolutely loved this vid! Can’t wait for more moving in videos! Love having my morning coffee on a Sunday watching your vlog! You can get B12 injections from your GP for free if you need them but they would need to check your bloods to see if your deficient in B12 first though. Roughly 1 vial of B12 costs between £5 and £10 so it’s a bit of a rip off being charged that much. Also there are many side effects. Just concerns me as a nurse that these can be given outside a medical setting so to speak. Anyway much love can’t wait for your moving house vids!💖💖😘
Liza Parkisson Agree. As a doctor it is alarming to hear the misinformation about vitamin B12. If you already have normal B12 levels, an injection is unlikely to improve anything. I would advise anyone thinking of having B12 supplementation to please speak to their GP or practice nurse first 💖

Agreed. There are also B12 rich foods for those that are not keen on injections or tablets. Actually scary that more and more medical stuff are being offered at beauty salons.
Exactly what I was thinking I get mine through my gp because I'm anemic and I need them why would you use these if your not even sure if you need them crazy to think what you can get if you pay 😮

I am an NHS Nurse and am so confused to why B12 injections are being given out of a clinical setting, it is dangerous, only a doctor/medical professional prescriber should be allowed to administer them. Same as IV fluid bags with vitamins in? AKA parbrinex. Just take some bloody vitamin tablets, we give that stuff to alcoholics as they are severely malnourished and actually need it. It really shouldn't be given to someone who feels 'a bit run down'. If you feel ill then you need to go to the Drs not to someone who has no proper idea with what they are doing.
It's not dangerous for Gemma to be having them, once taught where and how to safely self administer it's actually quite safe because Hydroxocobalamin is a water soluble vitamin so any of the B12 her body doesn't absorb will be passed via her waterworks, as an NHS nurse I'm surprised your saying it's dangerous. I am a B12 deficiency sufferer and cannot live a normal, functional life without these injections but due to complete lack of education from the medical professionals in the UK is sufferers are told that it's dangerous and can be toxic which is completely untrue! I do not agree with Gemma advertising having B12 in a salon environment as it makes it even more difficult for people who genuinely need those injections to live 😔

I have just moved house, bought our own dream home, little terraced cottage with beautiful views and large rooms; we have also gone for a new sofa, tv unit and dining table and chairs. Yes it is so stressful for sure. Good luck in your new home - sending good vibes.

I ordered a new velvet ottoman bed and chandelier from Wayfair this week feel like it's a fresh start I've had bare lights for months now and the same bed frame for years but making use of storage space will be amazing our semi is super cramped can't wait to see when you've settled in! 😄👏💖

for the wadrobe in upper space i would get some fabric boxes where you can put in your scarfs,folded jeans etc..i have two at home they have a lid too and can be folded as well.and are in color white.keep the place neat

Hi Gemma great vlog, exciting times, moving into a new home,,just to say the b12 injections you get,,you should go to your doctors and they will take blood tests from you to see if you actually need them,, cause I'f you do need them you will get them done at the docs for free,,I've been getting the b12 for a long time now,, but it was through blood tests that they realized I need them,,,, so take care as you could be doing your body more harm if you dont need them ♥️

Gemma what happened to getting shorter nails like you said last year? Not hating just asking 😊Also Gemma I get vitamin B12 injections every three months I have to get a prescription for it and I was told only people who suffer from penishius anemia are prescribed this injection.
That's true I get it ever 12 weeks for medical conditions also

Love your videos but I just want to point out the b12 injection should only be given if u have a vitamin difietcie and even then you only get the injection ever 3 months not every couple of weeks I know this as I have to get them done ever 3 month at the hospital because my body can not absorb vitamins . After vsg surgery

Is this woman who does your B12 injections and fillers medically trained? Or is she a 'aesthetic practitioner'? If she isn't medically trained eg. a doctor, it is illegal for her to inject you with fillers if someone isn't there prescribing the filler.
I think She does not have fillers she having ultrasound gives the same affect. She should not be giving B12 injections
