@@Sahil_Bloom Caffeine lights up dopamine/reward pathways like a Christmas tree which enhances focus and attention. Removing the caffeine stimulus was a good experiment to see how much my productivity/focus decreased and how strong my intrinsic focus/attention is.
Agreed - Coffee increases cortisol levels. The antioxidants are not worth it. You can get that from your diet. Coffee also reduces the quality of your sleep / REM sleep / deep sleep Also, imagine the freedom of not having to rely on a crutch every morning just to start your day. When you don’t have it, I bet you crash hard and underperform.

I have tried going off coffee for a few weeks and noticed no positive changes whatsoever. In fact my performance dropped
