    My day starts with a Daily Non-Negotiables list while listening to classic playlist on Spotify, and winds down with the 1-1-1 Journaling Method followed by a 15-minute schedule for the next day!

    Really loved this video Sahil, my life had got away from me this year and I found it really tough to fit in my morning routine. I love the idea of defining your wins and just getting them in throughout the day. I also resonated with your point about Covid-19 giving you a breather and a chance to think. I really needed that pause in my life too. Thanks so much for all the great content! Really inspiring! I hope you had a great time in Aspen, it looked incredible.

    I just wanted to let you know that I needed this video. With a close family member being seriously ill, I was doing very little work this week. And rightly so. But this helped me to think about a way to keep some momentum and focus whilst prioritising family. Thanks,

    You should do a challenge - no coffee for 3 days and see if your productivity/motivation changes

      Why? Coffee is good for your health and improves my functioning…

      @@Sahil_Bloom Caffeine lights up dopamine/reward pathways like a Christmas tree which enhances focus and attention. Removing the caffeine stimulus was a good experiment to see how much my productivity/focus decreased and how strong my intrinsic focus/attention is.

      ​@@Sahil_Bloom more coffee has also shown signs of increasing anxiety; what he is suggesting is worth an experiment

      Agreed - Coffee increases cortisol levels. The antioxidants are not worth it. You can get that from your diet.
      Coffee also reduces the quality of your sleep / REM sleep / deep sleep
      Also, imagine the freedom of not having to rely on a crutch every morning just to start your day.
      When you don’t have it, I bet you crash hard and underperform.

      I have tried going off coffee for a few weeks and noticed no positive changes whatsoever. In fact my performance dropped
