The blue guy is not jay. The lego ambassador group stated that there will not be a jay minifigure this wave. His name is rogue and if he isnt the last member of the forbiden five then he might be a completely new character.
But his face print IS jays face print and his initials on his suite are R and J rouge Jay hmm? And if this is a joke I am sorry but this just itches so hard I just want to clarify lol
