Game is entirely based off of zone beaters and animations, real life knowledge doesn't matter when the person you're playing people who know the cheese.

If u can't stop the cheese, which I'm guessing is someone running the same plays on you then you're just terrible😂. Yes there are plays that are really good and hard to stop bit against a guy who only runs them and has no idea how to play the game their success doesn't last very long
@@devinzaderiko1525- yeah, I don’t know about that. Cheese beats players that don’t know fundamentals of football. And if there truly is a play that glitches the defense, Madden will usually patch.

When you go from calling plays in the NFL to dominating every madden game just speaks volumes of how talented 2nd and 3rd string qbs can be
I learned more about being good at Madden by learning real NFL concepts

That helps me dominate, most Madden guys don’t know real concepts
Hey Mr. Benkert this is a great concept, I have thrown that HB wheel many times in Madden 20-23. Quick rec if you don’t mind, that receiver you motioned out (also in a wheel) turns into a nice check down if he is on a baby out. The way that route runs it gets to the sideline and turns around quickly, so you can throw it late if needed. Keep the motion out though that definitely does a good job of opening up some space for the RB
This why as a defender you gotta know the down n distance. You go man in a dime package sub lb for safety and have him cover the wheel. Play the strong side dl(the rb side) and have him play the curl flats

I love how Madden went from a casual football game to almost calling more audibles than the play clock can handle

how do you change the receiver's routes individually
Anyone have a good tip on defending wheel routes? I had a guy running a double WR one on a deep post and the inside slot running wheel behind him. Had him manned up but the corner kept taking awful angles on coverage, I eventually adjusted and put the corner deep and kept an extra flat with linemen but is there any easier/more effective adjustments?
Can you give Mike McCarthy some of this knowledge?
