yup, you can beat them using the rxc turbo, i didnt have alot of credits but i wanted the jesko so i bought it. its not crazy fast but you can still beat them

Currently there is no way to do it on xbox with gamepass. But if you are able to get it to your pc it works. No matter if you bought it on your pc or xbox you should be able to use gamepass on both of them.
Found the issue, for some reason, if you disconnect the internet directly from pc it'll still try to go online and end up crashing, but if you disconnect the ethernet cable directly it'll stop crashing. Weird to say the least
How to time travel:

get the f40 c and tune it to S2 998, you will beat it
