@@clarkperformancerowing oh no thank you, I've watched thousands of rowing videos (not joking) and this is in my top 10 or top 5, it takes everything and makes it interdependent and understandable to an executable degree. I can see why you coach such high level athletes, that u23 4 looked amazing at worlds
@@rowyeah456 well now you've got to list your top 10 for me! Keen to hear what else you value so highly

Thank you, great content and technical guidance. 👍
Hello Clark, I am a freshman rower in college and I have developed an interest in the science and performance of rowing. I want to lead my team to win, so I want to learn what it takes and the best methods to get there. I also have an interest in telemetry data and how that helps crews, and I have been watching your videos to help me try and understand it better (video on the Peach Powerline system). I didn't know how else to contact you, so I resorted to the comment section. I would love to talk (phone/email/etc.) if at all possible; I think that making connections is what propels motivation and success! Thank you for your time, I hope you are having a wonderful day.
Thanks very much for the video. If you are looking for something else to talk about, then the differences in technique between rowing efficiently on the static ergo and in the boat could be interesting. Two different techniques, so you cannot optimally train for both of course.
