I imagine the director was pleased with the expression on Billie’s face at the “big reveal” at the end. It showed what fun the show was meant to be.

@19:59 Billy smashes a big, heavy, jug on Kirk's head. But, it didn't even squash, crease or crush his hat, or knock it off.

I hope somehow all the production crew, actors and actresses know how much their work was and is still appreciated even in 2024.

I'm 18, and only grew up with old shows like this one. The shows these days are way too dark, inappropriate, and just plain awful. The ones from this era were usually clean, wholesome, and had a 'lesson' in them. I started watching the Lone Ranger a few months ago, but just recently started watching the series in proper order.

Tonto reminds me of Robin in the 1966 Batman T.V. show. He couldn't fight anyone successfully unless Batman was there during a fight. Tonto can't fight unless Lone Ranger was there.
