Thank you so much! I do get inspiration from various sources which include photos and floorplans (like this). Of course, I have to figure out how to translate it into TS2 and decorate, etc.
Oh, Steven Dallas is a handsome guy. Lucky maid to marry into a posh family. Roofs are my weakest skill in the Sims 2. I usually just give up and use the auto-roofs feature. I think MustLuvCats has a knitting or crochet items, deco objects as well as being able to do the actual yarn craft. And IIRC, Rebeccah (sp?) has a knitting object that lets sims knit clothing and earn creativity points. And maybe Crisps and Kerosene has knitting/crochet conversion from TS3 or 4. I think it had some kind of wacky sweater you could knit/crochet. Very beautiful house. I love the fussy wallpapers and rich paneling. And all the nooks and crannies are great.
