Thanks for the shout-out. I was so happy I could give you back your Sims 1 lots. They are the best. I don't know about anyone else, but I'd be interested in a Sims 1 series of videos, be they lot-building or game plays of the various families or tutorials on skilling, building relationships, etc. The house is very pretty and I like the diagonal front door. I love the smoky coral sofas in the living room. The parents' bedroom would like a black-and-white photo without those touches of color. Don definitely would've been called Donnie as a child.
So it looks like others are interested in some TS1 content. I will do some, though screen recording will represent some challenges I need to work out. I can't get my game to run in windowed mode and that's really necessary for the grabber I use. I'm sure I'll figure something out.
Of course Don will be a future heartbreaker, with all the woohoo talk and his parents openly flirting in his plain sight! I do like their rich deep red and black color scheme. I thought they might learn more to Mediterranean or Spanish colonial style, but this is good.

Aww, Don looks so cute as a kid. Mini-heartbreaker in the making. And if his parents don't curve that... yeah, we know where this is going...
Funny how differently he could turn out if his parents engaged in encouragement. Hmmm...

I was originally thinking more along those lines myself but this was the end result :-)
