My dealership wanted $175. for the mirror and $150. per hour for the labor and said probably 2 hours, what a fffffing ripoff, ty for the video. I bought the mirror from geekparts for $49. including 2 day shipping and did it myself.

How do you replace the glass itself? It looks like it has some screw like plastic thingamjigs sticking out. Does it need a backing?

Adam Kim Spray paint from an auto parts store. They can get rather close to your current color.
