Now that is a race. Wierer had the better skis. She caught up a lot on that last downhill before the last say 150 meters. Then a more mature 25-26-year-old beat a young 19-20-year-old Preuss in the final sprint. I first watch this in December 2015 and now 9 years later, the race is still outstanding and exciting to watch.

Really close race. Preuss was skiing on Doro's skis near the end.
