I agree. They started out as a young couple (Donna has shown pictures of herself with Matt and their toddlers in their early marriage, her 80's hairstyle and Matt thinner and with more hair than he has now) showing their early days of venturing into sewing as a choice of vocation. It was a shared interest, and they could not have done it without each other. I don't know why Rogue Reality picks on the Jordans. I mean, doesn't everyone who starts a channel on RUclips want to be as successful? Also, as a trained/educated, licensed/certified teacher in the state of Oregon, it's obvious that Donna is an exceptional teacher.
Almost 4 years ago our minister approached me about getting together several ladies and making quilts for a world relief charity. I told him it sounded great but I had never quilted before. I set about to learn all I could about making simple, quick quilts and found your video tutorials. You taught me a lot of what I know and you inspired me. Four of us made 9 quilts the first year and 16 the second year. We make quilts with large blocks but they are warm and appreciated. They are used as beds, tents to keep the hot sun off, wraps in cold weather and more. We didn't meet in the third year due to several health problems and lots of changes and other activities, but I am ready to gather some people and supplies and begin again. Thanks for your clear step-by-step instructions and your friendly, energetic videos. I appreciate all you and Matt do.
All of the quilt businesses I know deserve to be recognized. Matt and Donna started when it was hard to be in the quilting business. I know of other quilting businesses that didn't make it but they stuck with it through thick and thin. Matt and the family work hard behind the scenes, cutting and assembling kits.
Donna is nothing short of amazing! I have learned so much about quilting from her and purchased many kits and fabric from Jordan Fabrics. Thanks go to her and Matt for enhancing and promoting the community of quilting!

I love her work, appreciate what Matt does, and have learned so much watching the tutorials. Even my husband, whose only interest in quilting, is that I quilt, recognizes how good she is and watches with me without complaining. She explains things so well, does not waste your your time making you watch her do each block separately... if there are 20 blocks needed and there are 2 different ones as part of the pattern, she makes the 2 different ones, and the next thing you know, she's showing that she's done all of the blocks. My favorite part is watching her lay out the blocks before putting on the borders and setting up the quilting machine. She's great!

For years I drove from near Seattle to the Bay Area to visit family. Stopping in Grants Pass to shop in Jordan Fabrics was a pleasant break from the road and a chance to add to my craft supplies. Walking through the store also was a psychological lift as the fabric colors, textile patterns, and exactingly chosen and cut kits surrounded me. Jordan Fabrics was a colorful creative oasis in a nondescript strip mall. I miss stopping in and visiting with Donna and Matt. I enjoy however, receiving emails and watching videos. And I'm glad Jordan Fabrics is thriving. The family deserves success.

I had never quilted before but watched Donna's videos and have now completed 5 quilts for my family and myself and often refer back to the videos for inspiration or tips. None were done with pattens just ideas and tips from Donna... They are true inspirations, and I wish I lived closer and was able to purchase the fabrics but shipping to NZ is out of my price point at this stage. maybe one day .....
Donna is my go too when I need reference details, ie doing corners on the binding or connecting the binding at the finish. Her videos are clear, her instructions precise.

I have to admit that Donna is a good instructor. I have watch for years until I was watching one of her videos and at the end they always GAVE AWAY a FREE quilt, well I won ...... But you don't get it free you have to pay fees and not just shipping other larger fees. Maybe I'm old school but free is free not getting your hopes up to win one of her quilts but to end up paying for it. They need to stop saying its free if it isn't........

It looks as if she’s very talented and with techniques that makes quilting more passable. Years ago it was a necessity to quilt….. it became for some a pastime and a hobby…. I will point out one thing re. The Jordans. At the end of every video i have watched, they actually give away one of her fantastic quilts. Makes me wonder what other well known quilting videos do with the quilts demonstrated in their videos. If the making of money is their goal, i dont think they would be giving any of those quilts away.
Please forgive me, the only thing I don't like is the precut kits for log cabin blocks they aren't (strips) 2 inches wide and that I prefer the 2 inch width. Otherwise they are GREAT people and I pray God continues Blessing them for many more years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best thing about her though, is she cuts to the point. No lengthy tangents and blabbing on and on...just succinct, and to the point.
For me, Dona is without doubt the queen of QUILTING and an outstanding teacher. I love his videos. I don't miss a single one. I love everything she does. I've learned so much from her. I also bought from the site, "what an incomparable choice". I received fast and efficient service. The prices are very good.

I have to admit that Donna is a good instructor. I have watch for years until I was watching one of her videos and at the end they always GAVE AWAY a FREE quilt, well I won ...... But you don't get it free you have to pay fees and not just shipping other larger fees. Maybe I'm old school but free is free not getting your hopes up to win one of her quilts but to end up paying for it. They need to stop saying its free if it isn't........
It’s always good to know that people still work hard and are successful for what they do. Bye only watching this video. It wasn’t hard for me to understand that she is very talented and coordinate her colors. Absolutely beautiful fabric and beautifully packaged to make such beautiful designs. It looks as if she’s very talented and with techniques that makes quilting more passable. Years ago it was a necessity to quilt….. it became for some a pastime and a hobby…. Today is it explosive!!!…. Very popular….. the convenience of pre-cut fabric are wonderful. But expensive compare to yardage…. Steel yet you’ve got to love it….❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Who cares how much they make. They have a great company, and fantastic videos. I’ve learned lots from her and bought stuff from them in Australia.
I will point out one thing re. The Jordans. At the end of every video i have watched, they actually give away one of her fantastic quilts. Makes me wonder what other well known quilting videos do with the quilts demonstrated in their videos. If the making of money is their goal, i dont think they would be giving any of those quilts away.
So what was the hidden truth? Everything said was pretty much obvious to anyone who has watched her videos.

It's the last quilt in the most recent video, a compilation of many quilts.
Please forgive me, the only thing I don't like is the precut kits for log cabin blocks they aren't (strips) 2 inches wide and that I prefer the 2 inch width. Otherwise they are GREAT people and I pray God continues Blessing them for many more years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
