The Retrievals was one of the best podcast series that I’ve ever heard, and I’ve listened to MANY!! I’ve never gasped and yelled so many times while listening to something! So thought-provoking and infuriating at the same time!!! It was both horrible and wonderful! 😡🤬😄
I am almost 48. My 40s have been the best. I miss the metabolism I had in my 20s, but that’s all I will EVER miss. As far as the “waking up” 3-4 AM, I suggest getting a DUTCH test. This did wonders for me!
Hi! I found you because I was looking for help with weaning from breastfeeding, I didn’t realize at the time those videos were from many years ago! However they were still helpful to me, and at age 36 I also relate to your newer content, like this video! So thank you for all the content I appreciate your approach and relate to all you are saying here (and what you were saying before about babies even though you probably don’t remember that now, haha) ❤
