We had a large deck upgraded with Zuri decking. After approximately 6 years, multiple boards have started to delaminate. Royal Building Products will not stand behind their product and distributers rather will tie you up in requests for paperwork. Very frustrating particulalry as more boards delaminate.
We built a very large, very expensive Zuri deck. After two years one of the colors has started to fade and discolor. Zuri basically has ignored our complaint. No follow up phone call.... no help or advise at all. As beautiful as Zuri is, beware! No customer service! No one will help you with warranty issues.

I had a 12x15 deck installed spent a absurd amount for the Deck after about 4.5 years it stated cracking an pealing, not only does it look like crap 2 people had to get stitches from getting cuts from the bubbling an pealing. have not contacted Zuri yet but the installing distributor said they would try to make it right by installing a different product for almost twice as much as I spent 4.5 years ago. this product is really a shit product its true value should be price lower than untreated pine

Replacing a large Zuri deck because of delamination. Also shrinks big time
