My first poker book I read was Phil Helmuths Play Poker Like the Pros back in 2003 and got a lot better very quickly playing low stakes local tournaments 5 nights a week 2 tourneys a night of course that was all live poker. Laced with stories and stragedys made it interesting while also learning proper play.

Discovered your channel about 2 week ago and have binge watched most of your episodes. Great content and will try and remember your style this weekend when I have a poker night with my mates. Only 20 quid buy in for a friendly game and a pot of about 140 quid but I will play like its my house on the line. As poor amateurs we play with the widest range possible so will be almost impossible to know whether I'm good or not but its all part of the fun. Keep up the good work bud.

Still relatively new to poker so this is a question not a criticism. When UTG opens and you have 10-10 doesn’t that hand play better from middle position as a 3bet? In this specific hand the button may get away from AQo when what should be a very strong open from UTG gets three bet and could potentially 4bet if the button smooth calls. I suppose it also depends on knowing the type of player but I would assume if you’re putting UTG on nothing but QQ+ and maybe AK I feel like set mining with players left to act wouldn’t be profitable either. Like I said still new to poker so I could be way off. Love the channel!

Yo brad in the top right or something you should put the hand # and the amount in your stack at the time so we can get a sense of how much your folding/losing in-between the hands that don't make the vlog. Might be too much to keep track of though.

"The flop comes 6, 6, 6, all devil faces"
That may have just beat the "7, 7, 7, with two diamonds".

Always appreciate your insights and analysis. While I know they don't make for riveting action, I'd love to see you throw in more pedestrian hands occasionally, like stealing or defending blinds, folding a marginal to good hand pre-flop when the action ahead of you is too fierce, etc. Watching you navigate that range of situations would be instructive.
