As a Christian with a mother who grew up in SLC, I’m confused on the distinction between the titles Mormon, LDS, and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Is it offensive to certain people to refer to any of the three rather than the full title? I was never taught this, and was raised with LDS as the de facto term.
Really great question! Hopefully no one is ever offended by any of those terms, but we do prefer "members of the Church of Jesus Christ" or the full name "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints" but we totally get it's a mouthful! :) Thanks for asking!
Grant's Cousin introduced him into it in 2015 and he just went to dance halls and learned as he went. Shalee has danced her whole life but had never done partner dancing until Country Swing. She learned a similar way when her friend introduced it to her at a family reunion. If you haven't tried it you should find a dance hall or bar and give it a try. Thanks for watching!

What are the best beginner songs to learn to dance to??
Whatever songs you like 😉 You can go as fast or as slow as you want. There's no strict rules in Country Swing! (which is what makes it SO great!)
