- Our current reality is pretty surreal! Sarah goes in for her 37 week non stress test and gives some birth plan updates. Who would have ever thought we'd have three children, three and under on this Earth? We get through the day with play, time outside, and a dream. We are toast ending this week! Not everything on the to-do list was completed, but that's okay. We've got a full weekend of fun ahead of us!

I’m over the day by the time lunch is over with which is 1pm for me. I truly shut down mentally around 3pm
I remember when I was your age and running on empty, I would just sit and watch way too much TV. I had my first child at 29 and 2 weeks later turning 30. Baby #2 I was 31. Those same children are 32 and 34. The older (Holly) has 4 children of her own almost 8, boy/girl twins age 4 and baby Ryan born 8 weeks early is 6 months old. The younger (Ashley) is getting married in September, so more grandchildren are in my future.
This past year was tough, I was the full-time caregiver for my Dad (who had been diagnosed with Dementia). He passed away 8/9/23 at age 91). I turned 64 January 2024. I say all that to say, you’re always going to have those days (or seasons) in your life when you’re dipping into an empty well. You seemed to be handling it well. I mean just sitting and watching your children play is very therapeutic. And when you reach my age? Naps!! Naps rule for those times when you’re feeling or running on empty.
Can I ask, are the Factor meals microwave only? Or can you heat them in the oven?
We are surviving not thriving from 3-7pm in this house 😂
Did you know those shows you watch zog and gruffalo are based on books?
I applaud all women who go through a pregnancy. I get a stomach ache and I’m out for the count. My wife and I feel a different excitement now with our first grandchild on the way. Can’t wait…
